1. Introduction
Welcome to Xploremore Safaris Namibia cc. By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
These terms
are intended to ensure a clear understanding of the services provided, your responsibilities as a client, and our obligations as a tour facilitator.

3.1. Reservations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or online booking form). A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to secure
your booking.
3.2. Final Payment
Full payment must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of the tour. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking.
3.3. Late Bookings
Bookings made within 10 days of the departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, safety concerns). In such cases, we will provide a full
refund or an alternative tour.
5. Pricing
5.1. Quoted Prices
All prices are quoted in NAD, USD and EUR and are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, increases in supplier costs, or unforeseen
circumstances.
5.2. Inclusions
The price includes all items explicitly stated in the itinerary, such as accommodations, transportation, meals, and activities.
5.3. Exclusions
The price does not include personal expenses, travel insurance, International flights, visas, and other services not mentioned in the itinerary.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in the tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the booking stage.
6.2. Safety Compliance
Clients must adhere to safety instructions provided by tour guides or facilitators. Failure to comply may result in termination of the tour without a refund.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability
Xploremore Safaris Namibia cc acts as a facilitator between the client and service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
7.2. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and cancellation fees.
9. Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all immigration requirements for Namibia and other destinations included in the itinerary. Xploremore
Safaris Namibia cc is not liable for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.
10. Behavior and Conduct
Xploremore Safaris Namibia cc reserves the right to remove clients from the tour if their behavior is disruptive, offensive, or poses a risk to others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Photography and Media
Clients consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
12. Amendments
Xploremore Safaris Namibia cc reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes
affecting their bookings.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Namibian courts.
