A 14-day guided safari adventure through Namibia, Chobe, and Victoria Falls. Includes game drives, boat cruises, cultural experiences, and scenic highlights with lodge stays and small group travel.

On this tour, it is possible to have participants of different nationalities. The guide will speak English, Spanish, French, German or Italian, depending on the nationality of the clients on tour.

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Arrival in Windhoek

Arrival at the Windhoek International Airport. English non-private transfer to your guesthouse. Rest of the day at leisure.

  • Accommodation (depending on availability): Windhoek Country Club (Standard Room) or similar

GUIDE SERVICES BEGIN TODAY

After a quick visit of Windhoek, depart to the Namib Desert where you can find amongst the highest dunes of the world. Arrival and check in at the camp.

  • Accommodation: Desert Camp, Desert Quiver Camp, Agama Lodge, Le Mirage Desert Lodge, or similar
  • Meals: Lunch on the way & Dinner

You depart before sunrise with your guide and 4×4 vehicle to visit the areas of Deadvlei and Sossusvlei. You also discover the Sesriem Canyon, formed by the Tsauchab River.

  • Accommodation: Desert Camp, Desert Quiver Camp, Agama Lodge, Le Mirage Desert Lodge, or similar
  • Meals: Lunch on the way & Dinner

Travel this morning to Swakopmund. On the way you pass by the Kuiseb canyon. The Kuiseb is an important river, as it stops the progression of the dunes further north. Arrival late in the afternoon in Swakopmund.

  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Depart to Walvis Bay for a non-private boat excursion, in search of the dolphins and the Seal colony at Pelican point. The afternoon is at leisure; to visit the town on foot, do some shopping, or take part in some optional activities.

Optional activities include:

  • Dolphin & seal cruises, sandboarding, quad biking, or a Living Desert Tour (please enquire about “add ons” as activities)
  • Exploring German colonial architecture, shops, and cafés
  • Accommodation: Swakopmund Hotel, or similar
  • Meals: Lunch during the boat cruise including Namibian oysters and drinks, dinner in a seaside restaurant

This day’s road takes you to Uis and Twyfelfontein. In the afternoon, depart on an excursion with your guide, in the dry Huab riverbed, in search of the Desert-adapted Elephants (subject to weather conditions). During this excursion, visit the village of De Riet to discover the lifestyle of the people of this region.

  • Accommodation: Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp, Twyfelfontein Country Lodge, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Visit the Twyfelfontein engravings with your guide in the morning. Continue to Etosha, via the town of Outjo. Arrival and check in.

  • Accommodation: Toshari Lodge, Etosha Taleni Village, Etosha Safari Camp, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Depart on a full day game drive with the vehicle of the tour and your guide inside the park. Etosha national park is one of the largest parks in Africa. Of the 114 mammal species found in the park several are rare and endangered. You will leave the park before sunset.

  • Accommodation: Mushara Bush Camp, Emanya Lodge, Mokuti Lodge, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Today, you have a long drive to Rundu and Divundu. Arrival and check in at the lodge, late in the afternoon.

  • Accommodation: Mushara Bush Camp, Emanya Lodge, Mokuti Lodge, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Boat cruise in the morning with the lodge (not private). Thereafter a short safari in Mahangu Park with your guide and vehicle of the tour. In the afternoon, a Safari in the buffalo Park with your guide and vehicle of the tour.

  • Accommodation: Ndhovu Safari Lodge, Mahangu Lodge, Divava Okavango Lodge & Spa, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Depart for Kongola. On the way to the safari with your guide in Bwabwata National Park. Arrival and time at leisure.

  • Accommodation: Rupara Restcamp, Camp Kwando, Namushasha River Lodge, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Continue with your guide and vehicle of the tour to the Botswana border and Kasane. Arrival and check in.

END OF YOUR GUIDE SERVICES ON ARRIVAL

In the afternoon, you participate in a non-private boat cruise with the lodge.

  • Accommodation: Cresta Mowana Lodge & Spa, Chobe Safari Lodge, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

Depart on an early morning non private game drive in with the 4×4 vehicle and guide of the lodge in Chobe National Park. After the game drive, transfer to Victoria falls. The afternoon is at leisure. Several optional activities are available, we will be happy to assist with the arrangements.

  • Accommodation: Shongwe Lookout, Zambezi River Lodge, or similar.
  • Meals: Lunch on the way  & Dinner

In the morning, you depart on a visit to the Victoria Falls with an English guide. (Not private) Thereafter, transfer to the Victoria Falls airport for your return flight.

    • More than 60 days before the start of your trip: 10% of the trip amount
    • From 60 to 46 days before the start of your trip: 25% of the trip amount
    • From 45 to 31 days before the start of your trip: 40% of the trip amount
    • From 30 to 16 days before the start of your trip: 65% of the trip amount
    • From 15 to 06 days before the start of your trip: 90% of the trip amount
    • From 05 to 0 days before the start of your trip: 100% of the trip amount
